| Mentor -Mentee groups | The Teacher –Trainee of Govt. College of Teacher Education, Dharamshala are grouped as per the curricular and Internship requirements in different semesters. In semester I the students are grouped into four groups with a team of three teachers as Mentors. In semester II the Micro Teaching and School Internship Phase I (one Month) starts. Considering this the students are grouped into 18 groups of 15-20 students each with a Micro Teaching In-charge as mentor for the mentioned semester. This Mentor Mentee Groups also keep on working during Semester III School Internship Phase II (four Months). In semester IV the initial mentor Mentee groups formed in semester I are made re-functional. During each semester as per the nature of curricular and co-curricular activities Like Out Reach, Community Engagement within- and outside campus activities are organised by the mentees under the supervision of their Mentor Teacher.
